Warehousing and fulfilment
Your books may have been printed but our job is by no means finished. Our flexible approach to every customer's unique needs extends to how we'll warehouse and despatch your finished product.
Together with our customers, we're constantly working towards methods to reduce cash tied up in inventory. You don't want to be worrying about stock levels, or whether the book has reached your customer.
That's why we'll keep you informed at every stage and why we'll always agree what level of service you want at the outset of the project.
- Warehousing: If you need us to store and distribute your books, they'll be secure in our 34,000sq ft warehouse in Melksham.
- Despatch: We'll pick, pack and despatch your books anywhere in the world, meaning you won't have to tie your profits up in inventory for a moment more than necessary. We'll despatch every job using either our own vans or by a reputable worldwide courier. Only couriers offering track-back facilities will be used.
- Top-up print-runs and print on demand: Being specialists in short print runs means we can print exactly how many extra copies you need, whether it's 100 or 20,000.
- Looseleaf compilation: Our specialist looseleaf page management system allows us compile your books with ring binders, dividers or any marketing materials before we despatch to your customer.
Keeping you informed
You don't want to be worrying about stock levels, or whether the book has reached your customer. That's why we'll keep you informed at every stage and why we'll agree what level of service you want at the outset of the project. We can provide the following standard reports or customise them to your specific needs:
- Automatically generated activity reports: We can supply a range of stock-control information. For example, minimum-maximum stock level reports or goods in and out reports. You let us know what you want to know and when you want to know it.
- Despatch notes: Every time we deliver your books, we'll provide a signed copy of the despatch note.
