Our philosophy
Book printing might be a traditional industry, but that's not to say it can't have a revolution or two. A belief in these two facts has been the Antony Rowe philosophy since the company was created in 1983.
That's why we were the first in the UK to see that printing on demand would take the industry into the 21st century. That's why we could see that a partnership with Gardners Books would offer publishers an unrivalled sales platform. That's also why we were the first in the UK to use the Xerox Docutech for short-run book printing.
But without our customers we wouldn't have spotted these opportunities. It was only by listening to your needs and often anticipating them that we could. That's the traditional approach to customer service; an approach where lasting relationships, not quick profit, matter. That's the traditional approach to customer service of which we'll never lose sight.
